Although we welcome disabled guests the house is not suitable for wheelchairs.

Access from our own large car park to the front door is level and lit up at night. Front entrance is 910cm wide. There is one small step to negotiate into hall.

Flat across into visitors lounge and dining room.

12 Carpeted steps to bedrooms with handrail to the left. Stair steps 200cm.

1 Extra step (210cm) to Bedroom 1 which have en suite facilities containing Shower/Toilet/Hand basin. Reasonable space around the room.

1 Step takes you along the landing to Bedroom 2, which has a Private Bathroom that is opposite. The bath has hand grips and added hand grip is on the wall and a Power shower fitted above. Cushioned floor is fitted for safety and hygiene.

Both bedrooms are carpeted and have electrical sockets at waist height for easy use and kettles, driers etc.

There is no public transport for 2 miles. The nearest town is Carmarthen 6 miles and village is St Clears 6 miles
