Ricketts Mill Booking Terms and Conditions

£20 deposit
To confirm a reservation we require cash/cheque deposit.

Payments
Payment for accommodation and any other services must be made in Cash or UK Cheque prior to departure payable to Mrs S.A. Preston , unless prior arrangement has been made to send a business invoice. We are not VAT registered.

Check In
Guests can check in any time after 3pm unless you make a prior arrangement for an earlier time. We would appreciate an estimated time of arrival and notify us if this changes significantly, as we organise our daily schedules around incoming guests.

Check-out
Guests are requested to vacate their room by 10:30 on the final morning although cars can be left in the car park.


Guests' lost or damaged property
We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage to your property or vehicle whilst on the premises. Please notify us immediately you think you have lost something on the premises - if it turns up, we will let you know, and arrange to send it on to you if you have checked-out.

Loss from or damage to our property
We reserve the right to charge guests for damage, extra cleaning, or loss of our furnishings and/or equipment at the full replacement cost.


Any problems?
Please let us know as soon as possible, and in any event before you check out, of any problems you have regarding our facilities and we will do our best to find a solution.
